Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, we process orders very fast here at Little Ziggy so generally, you can't change your order once it has been placed. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we will do our utmost to help you!
How do I return something?

Can I exchange my item for a different size?
We only offer exchanges (no refunds) for different sizes. To exchange your product please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will happily exchange the item for a different size but shipping will need to be paid for by the customer. For more information please see our Returns and Refunds page on our website.
How do I use a discount code?
When you have reached the checkout stage, please enter your discount code into our discount bar and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied.
Please note, only one discount code is redeemable per order. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased with discount codes.
What do I do if my item is faulty?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. All our items are checked for quality before they leave the warehouse. However, if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please help us by providing photo evidence attached in an email to us at email@example.com. For more information please see our Returns and Refunds page on our website.
What happens if my parcel is lost or doesn’t arrive?
Once your parcels have left our warehouse they are then the property of the courier or local post company. We are not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods. However, your satisfaction is VERY important to use so if you have any issues please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please see our shipping page for more information.
How can I pay for my purchases?
We offer VISA, MASTERCARD, AFTERPAY or PAYPAL as payment options.
Garment Care/Washing Instructions?
For all items please always use the ‘cold hand wash’ option to avoid any damage. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we are unable to accept this back as a return but please contact us if you have any concerns at email@example.com.
