If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund items unless the product is faulty. We thoroughly check every item before it leaves our warehouse. If you do happen to find a fault with our product please contact us via email at email@example.com and attach photo evidence.
If you need to exchange an item for a larger or smaller size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We recommend ordering the next size up if you are unsure on sizing.
We have a strict 14 day returns policy - outside of this we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or refund for a change of mind. Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Little Ziggy Clothing do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items or items purchased with a discount code. Proof of purchase is required before a return can be processed.
Return postage costs are the purchases responsibility and any exchange products will not be posted until postage costs are paid in full. If you are issued a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it will take for your exchanged item to reach you will vary depending on your location.
Please do consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service if you are returning an item with a high value. Without this, we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not yet received a refund, please do check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it can often take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please also contact your bank to follow up. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
